Reapfold Properties Limited, a real estate company committed to making property ownership seamless in Nigeria, has held its second annual summit and fiesta in Awka.

The event, which took place today at Chiben Hotel, Awka, with Onyeka Emefo as the anchor, attracted stakeholders from across the real estate sector, including government officials, industry leaders, professionals, investors, and real estate enthusiasts.

In his opening remarks, the Group Managing Director (GMD), Dr. Nonso Okafor, highlighted the company’s major milestones over the last two years. He noted that Reapfold now boasts about fourteen (14) major real estate development projects nationwide and operates from four different offices.

He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to delivering value to clients while announcing new innovations aimed at expanding its footprint and improving service delivery.

He added that the summit is an opportunity to appreciate high-performing realtors and staff.
According to him, it has become the company’s tradition on a yearly to reward outstanding performers with substantial gifts in addition to the 10% commission they earn from every sale.

The highpoint of the summit was the presentation of a luxury SUV, a refrigerator, and an all-expense-paid trip to Abuja to Dr. Stanley Onunkwor, the current grand ambassador of the company, who emerged as the company’s highest selling realtor for the second consecutive year.

Other realtors who received prizes running into millions of naira, including cheques, are Nancy Chidebe, Nkiruka Ukwuaba, and Ugochukwu Okafor.

Chika Nathaniel Arinze was honoured as Team Leader of the Year, also for the second time.

In recognition of her outstanding dedication to the company’s growth, the Manager, Chiamaka Cynthia Udugbo, received the 2025 Staff of the Year Award. She was gifted a washing machine.

Several other realtors who achieved sales milestones also went home with gift items worth millions of naira.

Distinguished guests at the summit includes, the Anambra State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor, the Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Prof. Ugochukwu Anyaehie, the Group Managing Director of Dynamo Group, Hon. Aneto Samuel Onyema, and the Group Managing Director of Maintrust Properties Limited, Mr. Cornel Osigwe, among others.
